It is a nutrient-dense superfood with potential benefits for heart health, immunity, inflammation reduction, antioxidant protection, energy, and overall wellness. Bee Pollen is great in smoothies! For maximum nutritional benefits it should be soaked for 10-15 minutes in water or juice or crushed before ingesting. *Those with pollen allergies should be cautious when using bee pollen as they could have an allergic reaction.

Honey Bears: Our Wildflower and Orange Blossom honey also comes in these cute bear shaped bottles.

Raw unfiltered honey is honey that is harvested directly from the hive and is minimally processed
preserving its natural properties and nutrients. It offers numerous health benefits, including antioxidant properties, antibacterial effects, and support for digestive health.

Store Raw honey in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration. If crystallization occurs, set the honey container, uncapped, in a small heatproof bowl. Fill it with warm (not boiling) water for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally with a clean, dry utensil until smooth.
Raw honey is packed with antioxidants, including flavonoids and polyphenols, which help protect the body from oxidative stress and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer. These antioxidants can neutralize free radicals, unstable molecules that can damage cells and contribute to aging and disease.
Raw honey has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it effective for wound healing and preventing infections. It contains an enzyme that produces hydrogen peroxide, which helps inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
The prebiotic compounds in raw honey can promote the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, supporting overall digestive health. This can help alleviate mild gastrointestinal discomfort and improve nutrient absorption.
Raw honey is a popular natural remedy for soothing coughs and throat discomfort. It can coat the throat and reduce irritation, making it effective for alleviating nighttime coughs.
Raw honey contains various vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, contributing to its health benefits. It is a natural source of energy due to its high fructose content, making it a healthier alternative to refined sugars.
A single honeybee produces about 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey in its lifetime. It takes thousands of bees to make just one jar of honey, requiring them to visit approximately 2 million flowers to produce one pound. That's a lot of busy Bees!
